A) THE Reggello (Province of Florence), runs a stretch of road about 3 miles (Why lies geographically in its municipal district), in city Secchieta, namely the stretch of road that leads to Vallombrosa Secchieta from Bivio called Old Cross and the destination. (Map attached).
B) Currently, this stretch of road is in very poor conditions, because its structure is not uniform because it is composed of old asphalt repaired over the years and cast concrete with disliveli dangerous holes and withdrawal of the mantle stradaleaddirittura reduced to one lane until the road at various points.
C) This situation causes damage to the point of jeopardizing my business, creating material and moral damage to the value of power and prevents the full use of my right, as a main residence, living with the risk of accidents because of the dangers that this road lies.
D) Given that the operator of the road in question, which seems to have been already called by 'authority for these reasons above, it is limited to fix the road, throwing concrete on several holes with cement mixers and even without leveling.
Vista this bad situation, I ask that the responsible which is the management of the road, they commit themselves immediately to arrange, with the necessary works that need for good work, the road surface in question.
E) knowing that the same issue, I was not the first to claim so sure about the 'existence of an earlier decision that did not lead to satisfactory results, I ask that my objection is attached to the previous.
F) I enclose a map, newspapers and photos to identify the location and conditions under which it is now.
